Return Policy

All Sales Are Final. If a product is defective we will be happy to exchange your item. However, you must contact customer service within 7 days of receiving order and be provided a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before sending the defective items back. The RMA# must be clearly printed on the shipping box. Packages returned without a valid RMA number will be refused. Customer is responsible for all return postage charges.
